- relations with the various communication departments of the supervisory bodies and the Carnot programme
- help with the organisation of UMR events
- management of publications on HAL
Secretariat :
- welcoming newcomers
- reservation of the different rooms in the laboratory
- reseda, agate and ariane referent

- First aid at work (SST)
- member of the Local Social Action Committee of the regional delegation 7 (CLAS Villeurbanne)
