My PhD project takes part of the ERC DUO project, where we graft well-defined heterobimetallic complexes on solid supports to tackle the challenging activation of inert bonds. This combination of two metal centers with complementary properties and functions, in close proximity, aims to promote cooperativity and synergy for original and improved catalytic reactivity, not accessible with monometallic species. My PhD project aims to explore new combinations of non-noble metals using the siloxide ligand.
