Chemical recycling of silicone materials: depolymerization towards functional, eco-designed silicone polymers/oligomers
The project is based on a method for chemically recycling end-of-life silicone waste by catalytic depolymerization and functionalization. This short-loop recycling process will reduce the use of raw materials, energy and CO2 emissions.
The thesis is part of CIFRE project with Elkem Silicones.
